Before buying in Canada
This dossier retains the cited French-market specifications. Match the full local model number, accessories and warranty before using it to choose a Canadian offer.
Check the dock or charger label for a compatible 120 V/60 Hz supply and the correct plug. A plug adapter does not convert voltage. Photos may show another regional package; the seller’s exact contents take precedence.
Dreame Canada has a specific H12 Pro FlexReach page. Its stated whole-body clearance differs from brush-head clearance; the complete model name and Canadian dock remain essential checks.
