Before buying in the United States
This dossier retains the cited French-market specifications. Match the full local model number, accessories and warranty before using it to choose a US offer.
Check the dock or charger label for a compatible 120 V/60 Hz supply and the correct plug. A plug adapter does not convert voltage. Photos may show another regional package; the seller’s exact contents take precedence.
Dreame’s US range names H12 Pro FlexReach separately from H12 Pro. A shared H12 name does not establish the same lay-flat design, accessories or local model number.
