Before buying in Canada
This dossier retains the cited French-market specifications. Match the full local model number, accessories and warranty before using it to choose a Canadian offer.
Check the dock or charger label for a compatible 120 V/60 Hz supply and the correct plug. A plug adapter does not convert voltage. Photos may show another regional package; the seller’s exact contents take precedence.
Tineco Canada distinguishes S7 Stretch Ultra from S7 Stretch Steam. Ultra and Steam are different configurations; check the full name and the flooring instructions before choosing.

Why consider this model?
Consider its tank sizes and lay-flat position, while keeping it separate from the Steam variants.
This assessment interprets documentation. It does not establish effectiveness on a particular stain, perceived maneuverability or appliance lifespan.
What to know before choosing
- The published 7.5 kg weight does not specify the weighing configuration clearly enough for our weight sorting.
- Maximum runtime does not cover every condition.
- Self-cleaning does not remove the need for manual maintenance.
Documented specifications
Manufacturer documentation for the French-market model, translated into English. Check the exact Canadian model, dock or charger voltage, plug, package contents and warranty before buying. The European reference is not proof of electrical compatibility.
